CURRENT NEWS

Vallejo Art Walk promotes local art and artists in a wide range of mediums and artistic styles, including visual, dance, music, sculpture, jewelry, fiber art, photography, pottery, glass works and more.

Art Walk is an arts and entertainment event that takes place the Second Friday of each month.

Art Walk is open to the public and is a fun, free, family friendly environment to experience art created by some of the finest artists in the Bay Area. The artists themselves attend these events providing an interactive experience for everyone involved.

Celebrate with dozens of artists selling handmade goods in a festive environment with food and music and lots of little shops, galleries and studios. https://vallejoartwalk.org/

The event  is from 5:00 to 10:00 pm and is most active between 6:00 and 9:00. It’s mostly centered around the 350 Georgia and Marin Street area, with participating galleries around the block on Sacramento and Virginia Streets. There is art vending on the sidewalks and also indoors at multiple locations, live music on the street and many dining options. Illuminated sculptures lead you to participating spaces.

If you would like to display your art as a vendor this is a very easy event. All artists please check in at the corner of Georgia and Marin before setting up. There are no fees to participate and locations on sidewalks are first come first served. The best places to set up are on the northwest corner of Georgia and Marin down to Virginia street. We encourage artists to stay close together near the center and not spread out. Please ask shop owners for permission before setting up.

This is an outdoor and indoor event and we are encouraging people to be respectful of health risks, so please do wear masks, especially when entering a store.

Take a break to witness the downtown at its best, and enjoy the recurring present moment that is Art Walk.
