VALLEJO, CA – The City of Vallejo will be holding the Budget Study Session on Tuesday, June 2, 2020 from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Public participation continues to be encouraged remotely and not in person. Members of the public will be able to submit public comments remotely.
The Budget Study Session will be live streamed from the City of Vallejo’s website at the following link: https://www.cityofvallejo.net/cms/One.aspx?portalId=13506&pageId=22200 , and the session will also be aired on Comcast Channel 28.

The session will be open to public comment via the internet at the following link: https://www.opentownhall.com/8923 which can be accessed anytime after 7:00 AM, Tuesday, June 2nd. Staff will read these comments out loud during the live meeting. Public comment time regarding the Budget Study Session will be at the beginning of the meeting prior to the start of staff presentations.
For the safety of staff and the public, staff will make their presentations via Zoom which will be included in the general meeting via live stream.
In accordance with Governor Gavin Newsom’s order, seating inside Council Chambers will be limited to 25% of maximum capacity, or 28 seats total for public seating. These limited seats will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Chamber doors will not open until 8:45 AM.
There is a strict order in place that attendees are required to wear a face mask or a nose and mouth covering for the entire time they are inside City Hall and Council Chambers. Failure to comply with this order will result in immediate removal.
No food or drink will be allowed in Council Chambers.
