The proposal is to construct 175 detached single-family units with alley garages and front paseos, three commercial buildings, two parks and associated landscaping on approximately 27.5 acres west of Mare Island Way at Harbor Way. The project is located on Parcel A in the Northern Waterfront area of the Waterfront Planned Development Master Plan (PDMP). No residential development will occur west of Harbor Way and no new commercial or residential facilities are proposed along the water’s edge.
