Dear art community, friends, and supporters,

We would like to thank you first and foremost for your continued love and support for the Artiszen Cultural Arts Center in our awesome Downtown Vallejo! Four years ago, 11-11-13, we had our first event called Gallery 11:11 and it’s been a wonderful ride since then! We have watched our beautiful little neighborhood grow, change, and blossom into a super cool downtown with beautiful art galleries, live music, theater, film productions, public art, endless festivals/waterfront events and even our very own hometown pharmacy…how cool is that!?…

About CCRC

The Central Core Restoration Corporation  provides a wealth of valuable services in the downtown, coordinating with property and business owners, city agencies and community organizations in administering the Property and Business Improvement District.  Here are a few of our past year’s accomplishments, as well as current services provided by the CCRC.

    • Security: 2 guards, 8 hours/day and 5 days/week throughout the district.
    • Saturday Farmer’s Market: oversee and manage
    • Employ a 30 hr/week staff person to create newsletters, attend city meetings, coordinate with city staff and community organizations, and facilitate programs and services including Farmer’s Market and SVT Gruppe Inc.security
    • Regular graffiti removal

Planning commissioners and audience members were left with questions Monday night after city staff requested the commission delay a public hearing regarding the relocation of a clinic in downtown Vallejo.

The commission was set to hear an appeal from the Central Core Restoration Corporation (CCRC), which objected to City Hall’s approval of an application from La Clinica de la Raza, Inc., to establish a large clinic at 415 and 417 Georgia St.…
