The City Council authorized $250,000 of the city’s CARES Act Fund to create this micro grant program for our local small businesses with 20 employees or less. The City is working with the Solano County’s Workforce Development Board (WDB) and Small Business Development Center (SBDC) to implement this program.
The application period is from October 14th – October 28th
Qualified applications will be given a number and randomly selected. The allocations are based on the following:
- 1 to 5 employees – $5,000
- 6 to 10 employees – $7,500
- 11 to 20 – $10,000.
Applicants must have a current City of Vallejo business license. Please review the application for all requirements and what type of expenses qualify.
