The 2024 Solano County Point In Time (PIT) Count is scheduled to take place on January 31, 2024. The PIT Count is a count of unsheltered individuals experiencing homelessness on a single night in January. This is a requirement by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to be conducted every other year.
This count provides data that is used to determine funding from the State and Federal Government to help provide better programs and services to people experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
