Vallejo, CA — Elvia’s Sazon, a truly authentic Michoacan style Mexican take-out restaurant, is pleased to announce its grand opening on Monday, March 8, 2021, at 400 Georgia Street, Vallejo, CA.
Elvia’s Sazón was founded by Elvia Cervantes. Her recipes, with origins in the Michoacán region of Mexico, have been passed down through generations. Elvia, her daughter, Jasmin and son in-law William are excited to open “Elvia’s Sazon”. They look forward to offering you a variety of tasty meals including vegetarian options!
Both Jasmin and William, have culinary degrees and over 15 years of combined experience working professionally as San Francisco Bay Area chefs.
