CURRENT NEWS

The City of Vallejo recognizes the real need for our community to re-open for business. We also recognize the need for physical and economic health and want to support our residents and businesses with these recommendations to keep us safe and healthy. City staff will continue to provide on-site and online support to businesses and residents until we resume regular, in-person business hours.

With the guidance of California Governor Gavin Newsom, in conjunction with guidance that has been established by Solano County, the City of Vallejo has created recommended steps for businesses to reopen while keeping in mind the health and safety of our community members.

The detailed plan includes business risk-categories, timelines for re-opening under those risk-categories, business procedures for re-opening, and protection measures for employee and customer protection.

The City plans to review State and County directives and apply them locally as updates become available. The COVID-19 Health and Safety Advisory Recommendations for Businesses During Reopening and Reconstitution Plan can be found by clicking here.
