The Vallejo Center for the Arts is delighted to announce its highly anticipated 2-week Summer Arts Camp, scheduled to take place from July 10 to July 21. Designated to ignite the creative spirit in children aged 5 – 12, this immersive arts camp offers a wide range of classes and activities that will inspire and captivate young artists.
Participants will have the chance to delve into a variety of artistic disciplines including drawing, painting, robotics, mosaics, silk screen, lino cut prints, alcohol inks, collage, clay, photography, and more.
The highlight of the Summer Arts Camp will be the grand finale – an exhibition of camper artwork at the esteemed Temple Arts Loft. This exhibition will showcase the creative endeavors of the young artists, providing them with a platform to share their unique perspectives with the community. Additionally, camp participants will have the opportunity to display their talents on the stage of the historic Empress Theatre during a public performance.
